My name is Sandra Clamon. I’m a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas.
My business is a proud veteran owned business. Before I became a licensed professional counselor I served in the U.S. Army as a Supply Sergeant. I’m proud to be a combat veteran and be able to help other veterans.
I discovered my passion for therapy after my military career. My husband was injured in combat in 2009, we have four children and I became his care taker due to his injuries for 3 years. During that time we were not able to find a counselor who could understand our family structure, being dual military, suffering from PTSD and physical injuries. We wanted to save our marriage, provide the best we could for our children and get the help that my husband and I needed to learn to live with our PTSD. Unfortunately, we were never able to find that therapist for us. That is when I decided to go back to school and become a therapist. I’m happy to report that we saved our marriage, our children are grown and responsible adults and we learned to heal from our own demons. My passion now is to be able to walk with you to your path of healing.
I strive to bring an effective blend of experience, connectedness, expertise, support, empathy, acceptance, and responsibility to the counseling process. My goal is to provide genuine healing and wellness to individuals, marriages, and families.
